Flexiwork Hovet is a newly opened office hotel facility in Gothenburg operated by Alecta. Located at Hvitfeldtsgatan 7, this facility spans over 1000 square meters, spread over one floor. With its nine meeting rooms and a range of amenities, including ergonomic office furniture, Flexiwork Hovet welcomes its visitors with a unique combination of functionality and comfort. What really sets coworking at Flexiwork Hovet apart are its unique facilities and offerings. Firstly, it offers a creative meeting room, Ateljén, which provides space to explore and express creativity in different ways. In addition, a larger meeting room for up to 100 people is planned to be connected to the facility in 2025, allowing for larger events and conferences. Furthermore, Flexiwork Hovet is welcoming to four-legged friends, with a policy that allows dogs to stay on site. In addition, amenities such as a parking lot and bicycle garage, shower facilities and breakfast service in the morning are available. Alecta Fastigheter, was founded in 2021 and has 71 properties. With 65 employees in Stockholm and Gothenburg, they manage 851 thousand square meters of leasable space across Sweden, including locations such as Nacka Strand, Ullevi and Nordstan. With Flexiwork, Alecta Fastigheter is entering the coworking and office hotel market. The "Flexitainment" program offers workshops, lectures and more for customers. First in Gothenburg, in the Regina property as Flexiwork Hovet, then in the Flexiwork Kollektivet on Folkungagatan/Stampgatan. The plan is for Flexiwork to expand to more areas where Alecta Fastigheter operates. Flexitainment, part of Flexiwork, introduces a wide range of activities and events, from workshops and lectures to mini concerts and tastings. What makes Flexitainment unique is its interactive nature - tenants have the opportunity to participate in the design of the activity calendar through a digital campaign where they can suggest and vote for activities that interest them most.
