Discover how coworking can fit your team

How does coworking work?

Coworking, serviced office, flexible offices. The concept is known by many names. How does it really work? This guide walks you through the benefits and how it works in practice to rent a flexible office.

Why Coworking?

A private office with flexible terms and access to common areas

Short-term agreements provide flexibility

Instead of a 3-year agreement, coworking contracts are signed with lease terms from 3 months. Scale your office as your needs grow or shrink, easily.

Someone else takes care of the office

High-speed internet, cleaning, breakfast, furniture, meeting rooms, gym - some of the many things that are already included in the rent. Best of all, you don't have to break a sweat, it's all done for you.

Thousands of square meters outside the door

In addition to your own private office, you have access to lounge areas, meeting rooms and everything you would like to have in an office. Coworking facilities can be up to 10,000m², and they are designed to be used by your team.

How does it work?

Lease exactly what you need, no more no less.

Coworking is about balancing private and shared space. In addition to your own area, your new office has thousands of square meters with meeting rooms, lounge areas, dining rooms and other lovely areas that are good to have but less fun to pay for.

Decide for yourself how much is yours and how much you use in common. You simply get a gigantic office on the purchase.

What is included in the rent in coworking?

A complete workplace

Just bring your laptops and move in. Your offices will come fully furnished, the coffee is in place and wifi is connected. It has never been easier to move.

Meeting and conference areas

Whether it is a phone booth, meeting room or larger conference room, there is always something available. Or why not at any of your landlord's other facilities that you also have access to?

Full service

In a coworking space you do not need to lift a finger. Cleaning, IT, conference booking, brewing coffee, you name it, everything is included. Focus on your core business and your landlord takes care of the rest.

How does it work?

The rent includes both office space and membership

When you rent an office in an serviced office, you rent both office space and pay for memberships. Memberships provide access to the common areas where your office is, but often also all the centers that the operator has. Some companies choose to only pay for membership / lounge access, while other companies choose a mix of office space and memberships for colleagues that are less frequently in the office.

Lounge access

Memberships provide access to the coworking space and all its services. Sit and work in the lounge, book a meeting room, take part in breakfast. Available in varying levels, for example part time. Can either be rented as an individual product or as a supplement to an office.

Office space

If you rent an office, membership is usually included for the number of workplaces for which the room is adapted. This means that there is no additional cost with membership unless you want to be more than the room is intended for.

"The most obvious thing is that there are the various economic arguments, but I am looking forward to new ways of working and perhaps above all the chance to make new contacts with other companies and organizations with which we share a workplace."
