The office hotel is located at Kistagången 12 and has one floor with a total of 29 office rooms ranging in size from 9 to 39 square meters, suitable for 1-6 people. The office hotel has a modern and stylish interior with bright premises and architectural details, such as large glass sections that provide natural light. The meeting rooms are decorated in a muted color scheme with elements of dark wood and elegant brass details. Common areas have an open and inviting atmosphere, with lounge furniture and plants creating a relaxed working environment. The coworking space offers seven free meeting, discussion and conference rooms. In addition to ergonomically furnished offices, services such as a gym, shower facilities, bicycle garage and parking spaces are also included. As an added benefit, breakfast is served at least once a week. For those who want to take a break outdoors, there is a nice patio adjacent to the property. Communication possibilities are good, with Kista metro station within about 7 minutes walking distance, giving a travel time to Stockholm city of about 15 minutes. The Helenelund commuter train station is also just one kilometer away and can be reached in about 12 minutes on foot.
