Custom suite
A private suite is an office adapted for larger teams but still located within a serviced office or coworking space. Most lease agreements at office hotels in Stockholm are the same as the market is so mature. Generally, they include a commitment period of 0–12 months, a notice period of 1–6 months, a deposit of 1–2 months' rent, which services the office hotel includes, and a fixed indexation of the rental cost per year.
