Different types of offices in Stockholm - what is there to choose from?
Basically, there are 3 different types of offices to choose from; office rooms and own departments in office hotels and coworking, as well as own offices that you rent directly from property owners. All offices at yta.se always come with flexible contract lengths and the option of full service, so you don't have to commit to long contracts.
Office room
Office rooms are the simplest product and enable you to quickly move in and get full service, but still have your own lockable room that becomes your own. You rent one or more rooms in combination and in addition get access to common areas such as meeting and conference rooms, lounge areas, kitchens and toilets. Usually, you count 3-5 square meters per person in your own office space. Office space is best suited as a solution for companies that are looking for up to 15 workplaces.
Custom suite
A dedicated department is an office adapted for larger teams but which is still in an office hotel or coworking space. It is a hybrid between a private office and private office space, which often includes its own meeting rooms, its own lounge area, its own entrance, simply more office space to make it feel like yours. You can often be involved in adapting the design according to your needs, which, however, may require you to commit 1-2 years. Recommended office space per person is approx. 5-7 square meters, and we recommend this solution for teams between 10-100 employees.
Own offices

This means that for a small premium on the rent, you can focus entirely on your core business and ensure that you retain your flexibility in moving to larger or smaller offices when your needs change.
Since your own office does not give you access to common areas, you need to have everything within your area, which means that you can count on approx. 10 square meters/person. We recommend teams of 5 employees and above to look at their own offices, but in the smaller sizes it may require you to have a little budget to work with.

If there are more than 15 of you, it is usually 12–24 months as these offices are often tailored to your needs.

If you want to prioritize price, focus on locations outside customs and a simpler level of service. In nearby suburbs such as Kista, Sollentuna, Hammarby Sjöstad and Bromma/Sundbyberg there is a wide range of price-driven flex plans and traditional offices with competitive conditions. In customs, the cost is best reduced through surface-efficient layout and simpler service rather than premium address.
Stockholm's most expensive office
For premium solutions with a representative address and high standard, there are many options in Östermalm, Norrmalm and City. Here, location, building and level of service often determine the price.
