The Spaces Luma Park office hotel is located at Heliosgatan 13 in Hammarby Sjöstad, in a building with a distinct industrial character. A distinctive feature of the Spaces Luma Park office hotel is its large communal areas. The Tvärbanan’s Luma stop is about 300–400 meters away—a 4–5-minute walk—and provides connections to destinations such as Gullmarsplan and Sickla. At Lumabryggan, about 500–600 meters or a 7–8-minute walk away, there is also a ferry service across Hammarby Sjö to Södermalm. For those driving, there is a parking garage at Luma Park on Kölnagatan with both monthly parking and charging stations for electric cars.
