Flexiwork Kollektivet on Folkungagatan 16 is a coworking space and office hotel with a unique identity, where reuse and 60s and 70s inspiration permeate the entire environment. Opened in December 2024, Flexiwork Kollektivet comprises three floors with a total area of 1,890 square meters. For those who need a break, there are both rest rooms and a creative hobby room - one of the most unique benefits of this coworking space. Flexiwork – A New Venture in Coworking and Office Hotels With Flexiwork, Alecta Fastigheter is establishing itself in the coworking and office hotel market. The first initiative, Flexiwork Hovet, was launched in the Regina property in Gothenburg, followed by Flexiwork Kollektivet on Folkungagatan/Stampgatan. The goal is to expand the concept to more of the company’s properties. A key part of Flexiwork is Flexitainment, a program offering a wide range of activities and events—from workshops and lectures to mini-concerts and tasting experiences.
