The offering includes meeting rooms, furnished offices, coffee, and access to printers, providing a basic level of service that covers most everyday needs. The environment at the C/O Brommaplan office hotel is characterized by a modern and cohesive interior design where light woods are combined with neutral colors and soft textiles. The meeting rooms have a more minimalist design with muted color schemes and large windows that let in natural light. In the common areas, there are elements of exposed ceilings with visible installations, which create a slightly industrial feel, balanced by warmer material choices in the kitchen and lounge. The lounge areas are integrated with the kitchen and offer both seating areas and workspaces in a more relaxed environment. C/O started in 2018 and focuses on office hotels in Stockholm's surrounding municipalities, south and north. Their office hotels are located in Älvsjö, Handen, Kista, Bredden and Sollentuna. C/O is operated by the real estate company Revelop, which has worked with active management and development of commercial properties and offices since 2004. Profi Fastigheter focuses on Greater Stockholm and comprises approximately 500,000 square meters of commercial premises. The business is run in-house and the organization consists of about 35 employees. Their goal is to be prominent in sustainable management and development of properties, so that they always provide added value to customers, tenants and society at large. With C/O, they build smarter office spaces for modern businesses. Some of their office hotels offer gyms, changing rooms, manned reception, bike rooms and parking facilities.
