Future office hotel in Frihamnen, located in a detached two-story wooden building at Södra Hamnvägen 9. The property, dating back to the turn of the century, houses both offices and creative workshops, and has since 2018 developed into a collaborative space for professionals in culture, technology and design. The office spaces are combined with studios, makerspace and open social areas. The interior is characterized by recycled furniture, strong colour choices and an experimental aesthetic. Upstairs there are offices for 8-14 people with access to two meeting rooms, a kitchenette, lounge areas and basic office services. Facilities include furniture, cleaning, coffee/tea, high-speed internet, bookable meeting rooms and printers. Members also have access to creative workshops for wood, electricity, textiles and photography. Adjacent to the building is Frihamnstorget - a container-based space that during the summer months serves as an open public environment for culture, work and small businesses. Here you will find everything from restaurants and studios to offices and studios, built in freestanding containers by various actors. The office hotel shares a block with actors such as Uppsala Auktionskammare, Jordens Arkitekter and the electric boat company Candela, and the area has emerged as a hub for smaller production companies in TV and film, thanks to its proximity to SVT, TV4 and Filmhuset. As part of Blivande's model, members are also offered discounted access to around 400 square meters of event space and a shared area of 250 square meters for creative projects. Communal breakfasts are held regularly and are used as an informal forum to get to know others in the building. Frihamnen is an industrial area in northeastern Stockholm, near Gärdet and Hjorthagen. It is dominated by businesses rather than housing, but has good access to green spaces nearby. The nearest bus stop is Frihamnen (buses 1 and 76), 1 minute on foot from the entrance. Gärdet metro station is about a 12-minute walk away, and shuttle boat 80 (towards Lidingö, Nacka and Djurgården) departs from Frihamnspiren about 8 minutes away. Om Blivande

Blivande is a community-driven coworking and cultural business in Frihamnen, Stockholm, founded in 2018. Since its inception, the business has developed into an ecosystem where office spaces, studios, workshops and event spaces are combined with cultural and creative activities. Members and visitors are encouraged to actively participate in shaping the content of the space. Activities include both fixed and flexible workspaces, shared studios and customized workshops for wood, textiles and photography, among others. In addition to workspaces, association-based initiatives, public programs and social events are run on the premises. Adjacent to the building is Frihamnstorget - a container-based space where different actors create offices, workshops, eateries and cultural spaces. During the summer, the area serves as a public arena for culture, markets and temporary projects. Blivande serves as both a workplace and a gathering point, and is aimed at people and organizations looking for an environment where collaboration, co-creation and interdisciplinary work are central.
