The offices are located on floors 4, 5 and 10 and are characterized by large windows, high ceilings and interior design with designer furniture in natural tones. The premises combine industrial architecture with modern materials, and at the top of the building there is a shared roof terrace with views in several directions. The office hotel offers 22 meeting rooms of various sizes, conference rooms, event rooms and a conference room with space for up to 170 people. The offices are furnished with ergonomic desks and chairs. In addition to fixed offices, there is also access to quiet work zones, pop-in rooms and large common lounge areas with a café bar. A distinctive feature of A house Sickla coworking space is how the entire 10th floor has been reserved for meetings, events and social areas, including a large terrace for members. Daytime reception, showers, bicycle parking and the possibility to bring dogs are also part of the daily offer. Membership also includes a members' breakfast every Thursday, coffee from Stockholm Roast and Joe's tea, access to other A house destinations in Stockholm and a regular activity program. The entire house is built for shared use, and also shares space with an innovation studio and an open café on the ground floor. A house creates accessible and straightforward environments that exude the feeling that anything is possible. A house transforms the context of modern work life and collective experiences. Each destination is treated as a prototype for a collaborative environment, designed and curated to meet specific niches and revitalize the local area. A house is a members' house where solo entrepreneurs and larger companies work side by side. Inspired by programs featuring lectures, seminars, and events, they are centrally located in Stockholm. The building, a brutalist icon in the heart of the city, has been transformed from an architectural school into an innovative hub. Reuse and redesign of radical ideas characterize A house, a "machine for innovation." The building's unique qualities and close connection to the academy through the owner, Akademiska Hus AB, create an environment for networking and interdisciplinary connections. A house, drawing from the building's radical heritage, focuses on developing fundamental human needs in food, shelter, and clothing, with the addition of community and awareness of the digitized world.
