Ark's offices range from 10-400 m² and suit teams from one-person companies to 50 people. As the office space is customized to suit their niche, members can use internal resources such as a photo studio, podcast studio or lab kitchen - in addition to their private and shared spaces. For those who want to work in an energetic and ever-changing environment but still have a place to call their own, the Work Club is the perfect option. You have full access to the lobby and other common areas, but also to the Work Club's secluded areas, with your own desk and lockable storage drawers. The desk is of course height adjustable and you have meeting room hours and postal service included. A house Ark members have unlimited access to the Ark's upcoming programs, including wine tastings, weekly meditation, member breakfasts and community lunches, and much more. Ark members are part of a creative community focused on fashion, food, music and media. They create a context where you can be who you are and do what you do. Together with their members, they cultivate the collaborative culture that is the raison d'être of the office hotel. For the commuting entrepreneur, bicycle garages and showers are available. Every Thursday, a generous breakfast of sandwiches, yogurt and fruit is served in their kiosk. The office hotel also has a spacious patio adjacent to the lobby for relaxation or outdoor meetings. For business activities nearby, there is a thriving commercial center and other interesting places to explore. In addition, they offer versatile commuting options. For those who take the bus, several lines connecting to the area are convenient, taking you here in about 20 minutes from central Stockholm.
