The Studio property is owned and managed by the real estate company Castellum, which also owns United Spaces with office hotels around Sweden. Their office hotel in Malmö is the southernmost located. United Spaces Malmö is a very modern and cool office hotel and is often compared to its global competitors where the focus is on interior design and experience. At United Spaces in Västra hamnen, events and seminars are organized every week that the tenants here can take part in free of charge.
