On Södermalm, we broker several types of offices. These include traditional private offices, which a few years ago would typically require a 3–5 year lease—but we now offer them with 12-month contracts instead. These are usually provided by the larger landlords, such as Vasakronan. We also broker offices in serviced offices, where you rent a private office but share common areas with other companies.
There are plenty of affordable options on Södermalm. For example, The Works has several offices here, with the most affordable starting at around SEK 3,000 per person per month. Embassy House—slightly more upscale but still a great value—is located right by Medborgarplatsen and offers offices from SEK 2,900 per person per month. Metropole also has several locations on Södermalm, with the lowest-priced options starting at SEK 1,600 or SEK 2,500 per person per month.
Arena Skrapan is exceptionally high-end and offers very few private offices. The available ones are priced around SEK 11,300 per person per month. A house in Katarinahuset is also a very luxurious option, with beautiful views and elegant interiors—offices here rent for around SEK 8,000 per person per month.
