This naturally attracts others to the city, and with nearby Lund University, there is a steady inflow of top talent for companies, which creates great conditions for growth.
From an office perspective, this is well supported by a wide range of high-quality and diversified options. As I mentioned earlier, the borders here are flexible, with many providers and property owners offering tenants access to everything from Denmark to Helsingborg, Lund, Gothenburg, and beyond. A major advantage of flexible offices is that you often gain access to a broader network of office spaces - or at the very least, the opportunity to book meeting rooms or offices for a day or two in other locations.
