Memberships which are offered at THE WORKS Kungsholmen. All memberships are sold per month. To be rented either independently or in combination with office rooms as extra membership in when in need of extra capacity.

About THE WORKS Kungsholmen, Stadshagen

The Works office hotel on Strandbergsgatan is located at Hornsbergs Strand on Kungsholmen with proximity to public transport, restaurants and a nice walking path along the water. The facility is 6000 square meters in size and there is room for everything from one-man companies to larger companies that want their own offices. Most rooms have large glass panels facing the corridors, creating a light and airy environment. Together with the customer, they can customize both the office and interior design according to their needs. Almost everything is included in the rent! The building also has access to large conference areas and a restaurant on the ground floor. There is a gym in the property for SEK 150/month, as well as the possibility of renting storage space. Sauna and showers are also available in the property, free of charge. It is possible to rent parking in the house, and to park bicycles in the bicycle storage room.

Then you get full service as usual but your own entrance and an office that is created according to your needs.
