About THE WORKS Arenastaden, Solna

The Works in Arenastaden is located in a modern building at Gårdsvägen 8 in Solna, offering close proximity to both public transport and a wide range of services. Spanning four floors, the coworking space covers a total of approximately 4,000 square meters. The interior design is bright and minimalistic, with wooden details, warm tones, and large windows. Combined with the building’s open glass atrium, this creates natural light throughout the entire space. On the sixth floor, there’s a shared terrace with views over the area, available to all tenants. The office hotel offers both furnished private offices and flexible workstations, with amenities such as showers, coffee, height-adjustable desks, and bookable (and free) meeting and conference rooms. Dogs are also welcome in the space. For businesses needing storage, there is storage space available in the same building. The coworking space is located right next to Arenastaden, a dense business district where several large companies have their headquarters. Mall of Scandinavia is just a five-minute walk away, offering a wide variety of lunch restaurants, shops, pharmacies, gyms, and other services. Nearby dining options also include Klang Market and Holy Greens. Solna Station is a 5-minute walk from the building and is served by both commuter trains and the light rail (Tvärbanan). The journey to Stockholm Central Station takes just 7 minutes, making commuting easy from places like Södermalm, Sundbyberg, or Odenplan. The blue subway line at Näckrosen can be reached within minutes via bus, with a stop directly outside the building. This while the ambition is to offer the lowest office rents on the market. If you are a larger team, it is possible to customize your own office at many of The Works addresses. Then you get full service as usual but your own entrance and an office that is created according to your needs.
