About Society Works, City

Opened in 2019, the Society Works office hotel at Brunnsgatan 6 offers an affordable option in the city segment, particularly aimed at smaller companies and freelancers looking for a bright, personal office in central Stockholm. The premises are located at the top of the property, which means that many of the offices are attics with sloping ceilings and skylights. The total area is about 400 square meters and spread over one floor. The offices are fully furnished with ergonomic furniture and are characterized by a light, stripped-down interior design style in white and grey, with elements of natural wood in the floors. The style combines simplicity with a homely feel, with personal touches and art on the walls contributing to a more relaxed working environment. Many of the rooms have views of the adjacent rooftops and several of the surfaces are optimized to take advantage of the light from the windows. Society Works coworking space offers free access to meeting rooms and coffee and tea in the common areas. Dogs are welcome in the office, making the coworking space an option for those who want to bring their dog to the office. Parking is available in the building next door, which is unusual for smaller office hotels in this part of the city. Brunnsgatan is located in the northern part of Stockholm's city center, close to Odenplan, Hötorget and Stureplan. The area is mixed with both offices and housing, and provides access to a wide range of restaurants, cafés and services in the immediate vicinity. For example, restaurants such as Urban Deli Sveavägen and Yellow are just a few minutes away on foot. The metro is 350 meters away at Hötorget (about 5 minutes walk), and Odenplan (commuter train and metro) is 750 meters away, which corresponds to about 10 minutes walk. From Odenplan, it takes about 7 minutes to Sundbyberg and just over 10 minutes to Solna by commuter train. There are also several bus lines that pass Sveavägen and Kungsgatan nearby.
