Metropole primarily targets companies operating within creative industries, and the office hotel’s features are designed accordingly. At their other office hotels, tenants include gaming companies, designers, influencers, and various creators. A unique feature of Metropole is the studio on the second floor. This recording studio provides facilities for TV production, streaming, events, or other creative projects. The studio can be rented at favorable prices and is specifically designed to meet the needs of media and cultural enterprises. Additionally, an entire floor is dedicated to activities like shuffleboard, billiards, karaoke, and gaming, making the facility more than just a traditional office space. The office hotel also offers a wide range of amenities. Metropole is Stockholm's first media house that opened in 2020. They have adapted their facilities in the south mainly for freelancers in the media industry. There is a good community and you get access to a photo studio, podcast studio, music studio etc.
