iOffice office hotel on Kungsgatan 37 is located at the intersection of Kungsgatan/Sveavägen, next to Hötorget. An attractive location in the center of Stockholm with walking distance to restaurants, services and communications. The facility is 1500 square meters large, spread over 3 floors. Here it is possible to rent different office solutions in the form of flexible workplaces in a shared room, your own office room or virtual account, depending on your needs and wishes. One of the most appreciated features is the 300 sqm terrace that wraps around the facility. Many rooms even have their own access to the terrace. Companies with between 1-12 employees and requiring a central address and great service thrive here.

iOffice is an operator that has been in the Stockholm market for a long time, they currently have a total of eight office hotels on Kungsgatan, Drottninggatan and two facilities on Vasagatan in the center of Stockholm. In addition, they are opening a new one on Olof Palmes gata 11 which will be completed and open in July 2023. At all locations, it is possible to rent flexible spaces in shared areas, own office rooms or virtual offices for those who do not need a physical workplace. You have access to meeting and conference rooms and telephone rooms if you need to talk undisturbed. iOffice offers a personal approach and first-class service to make their tenants and visitors feel welcome.
