Memberships which are offered at H11 - Provided by I Know a Guy. All memberships are sold per month. To be rented either independently or in combination with office rooms as extra membership in when in need of extra capacity.

I Know a Guy's newly opened office hotel on Kungsholmen is a small and familiar facility with bright and fresh premises. Here you can rent your own office space and/or flexible lounge areas. As a member, you have access to common areas such as lounges and kitchens. The facility also has a gym in the basement that is included in the membership price. The large bright lounge can accommodate up to 150 people and is perfect for presentations and mingling.

About I Know A Place

I Know a Place has two office hotels in Stockholm - one in the city center and one on Kungsholmen. The downtown location is known for its design and views - at the top of the fifth high-rise building you can see almost all of Stockholm, and has an unbeatable foreground in the form of the glass column on Sergels Torg. I Know a Place is a bit of a doldrums on the Stockholm office hotel market, but it's incredibly appreciated by those who find it. There are rarely vacant offices here as tenants tend to stay for a long time. The premises are also known from many series and movies filmed in their beautiful premises. You can see the premises in the hit series Goosebumps and Love Me, among others. The facility on Kungsholmen is also modernly decorated and a very nice workplace. Kungsholmen in particular has a somewhat thinner range of office hotels, which makes this facility particularly popular with tenants. In addition to its office hotels, it also runs the "I Know a Guy" concept, which is a full-scale service partner for operators and property owners, which means that you can find, for example, receptions operated by I Know A Guy in other properties in Stockholm.
