About Helio GT30, Östermalm

It offers a 3,500 square meter area spread over two floors, providing companies with the opportunity to work in a stimulating coworking environment with an industrial and modern feel. Opened in 2017, the facility has quickly become a hub for creative and growing businesses and a popular choice for companies seeking office hotels in Östermalm. GT30 features thoughtfully designed interiors with robust materials and unique details, such as the striking spiral staircase in a bold yellow hue and communal lounges adorned in warm, inviting colors. The meeting rooms, accommodating everything from small, intimate spaces to conference rooms for up to 120 participants, are equipped with ergonomic furniture and modern technology for efficient work. Additionally, there is a custom-built recording studio and several phone booths for private calls. Helio GT30 also offers a wide range of amenities. Small meeting rooms for up to four people can be used at no extra cost, and facilities include a gym, showers, and a bicycle garage, among others. A kitchen and lounge area make it easy to relax and hold informal meetings, while the weekly breakfast and an on-site bar provide opportunities for networking and socializing with colleagues. For dog owners, it’s worth mentioning that dogs are welcome here as well. The property’s location in Östermalm offers access to both services and green spaces.
