About Hej!Workshop Kungens Kurva, Söderort

Hej!Workshop Kungens Kurva is a 638 square meter office hotel and coworking space that opened in the summer of 2022 and is run by the operator Hej!Workshop, a concept developed by Ingka Centres. The coworking space is located at Modeulvägen 6 directly adjacent to the Kungens Kurva shopping area. The premises have an open and bright character with large window sections, white painted walls and matte floors in warm color tones. The interior combines minimalist design with elements of natural materials and plants, which contributes to a low-key, harmonious feeling. The furniture is ergonomically adapted, and both focus areas and social areas are clearly delineated. Lounge areas are distributed in several parts of the room, including a central open gathering area with sofa groups and smaller seating groups in niches. The office hotel offers workstations in a variety of formats - from fixed desks to individual office rooms - and all are equipped with height-adjustable tables and individual lighting solutions. Meeting rooms vary in size and include a large conference area with capacity for up to 45 people. What sets Hej!Workshop Kungens Kurva apart is the access to facilities within the same building: a gym from Nordic Wellness and a varied range of lunch options. The offer also includes a printer, coffee and tea, making the practical day-to-day work possible without additional services. Outdoor parking spaces are included at no extra cost, and dogs are allowed in the office. The property is located in a retail-dominated area where shops, large chains and logistics are the main features of the surroundings. As a workplace, it means access to good service. The premises are most easily reached by car, but public transport is also available. The nearest bus stop is Dialoggatan, about 400 meters away (5 minutes walking distance), with direct connections to Fruängen and Skärholmen. T-centralen is reached by public transport in about 30 minutes. Book a tour to experience the coworking space on site.
