The Embassy is a serviced office hotel in Hyllie, located in the property Drivbänken on Hyllie Stationsväg 41 — part of the sustainable district Embassy of Sharing. The premises, with their reception, opened in September 2025 and include both the ground floor and access to shared areas in both Drivbänken and the neighboring building Fyrtornet, comprising a total of approximately 3,000 sqm. Fyrtornet is directly adjacent to Drivbänken, connected by a pedestrian bridge between the two properties. The Embassaden office hotel in Hyllie targets companies seeking flexible workspaces or private offices in Hyllie’s most prime location — just half a minute from Hyllie Station, next to Hyllie Station Square and the Emporia shopping center. The spaces are Scandinavian in design, bright and airy with higher ceilings than usual, set in an architecturally expressive and functionally versatile environment.
