Flexiwork Kollektivet on Folkungagatan 16 is a coworking space and office hotel with a unique identity, where reuse and 60s and 70s inspiration permeate the entire environment. Every detail, from the carefully selected furniture to the common areas, reflects a thoughtful combination of retro and functionality. Opened in December 2024, Flexiwork Kollektivet comprises three floors with a total area of 1,890 square meters. In addition to private office space, there are generous common areas that allow for both spontaneous meetings and focused work. Members have access to a fully equipped kitchen, lounge areas and workstations furnished with ergonomic solutions. For those who need a break, there are both rest rooms and a creative hobby room - one of the most unique benefits of this coworking space. The Flexiwork Collective also offers a number of amenities that simplify the workday. Coffee and tea are included, and breakfast is served at least once a week.
