Office hotel by Globen - Fabriken at Rökerigatan 20. The factory's newly opened office hotel in Slakthusomårdet. This historic building was designed in 1960 by Danish architect Elmer Husman. It was owned by Stockholms äggaktiebolag and used to store eggs. The factory has now transformed the facility into 1000 m2 of dedicated office space, offering full service with a manned reception, meeting rooms, lounge areas, free printing and coffee. There is a loading dock, private entrances and of course everything is included in the price. You can rent anything from a flex space to private offices. The premises are located 250 meters from Globen metro and a stone's throw from Tele2 Arena. Welcome to Fabrikens kontorshotell at Globen!
About Fabriken
Fabriken - Hammarby Sjöstad's largest office hotel operator Fabriken opened its doors in early 2019 with super-fresh office hotels in Hammarby Sjöstad. At two addresses, very close to each other, historic factory premises have undergone extensive renovations into environments that now create the conditions for creative meetings and office space under the auspices of Fabriken's office hotel. As part of the FAB Office concept, tenants are offered access to conference rooms and meeting rooms. Network meetings and AW with like-minded entrepreneurs are also arranged here, and Fabriken offers a reception service, courier service and modern areas for representation.
