The facility opened in 2019 and covers an entire floor of 1400 square meters, making it one of the larger coworking spaces in the city. The offices are fully furnished with ergonomic workstations and access to meeting rooms, breakout rooms and a larger conference room that can accommodate up to 50 people. In total, there are almost 20 meeting areas of various sizes, making it possible to handle everything from spontaneous conversations to larger presentations. In addition, facilities such as showers, printers, coffee and tea, and breakfast at least once a week are offered. The venue is also dog-friendly. The style of the office hotel is characterized by light surfaces, elements of coloring in green and burgundy and a consistent design language with textiles, wood and industrial details. The lounge area is a central part of the facility, with open sofa groups, event space and a shared kitchen. It provides an open floor plan that works both as a workplace and for smaller events or mingling. The location at Östra Storgatan means a direct location at Jönköping's most central part. The area is mixed with commercial premises, services and shops at street level, with offices and housing on other floors. Jönköping travel center can be reached on foot in about 8 minutes (650 meters) and offers both bus and train services to nearby towns and cities. Dospace was founded in 2017 by Niclas Söör, who is also the company's CEO. The idea was born during his studies at Linköping University, where he was inspired by the environment in Mjärdevi Science Park. He saw a need to offer smaller companies and entrepreneurs access to attractive and functional office environments, similar to those available to large companies. Dospace has now grown from its start in Linköping and is now located in five different cities in central Sweden: Linköping, Norrköping, Jönköping, Gävle and Örebro - with a total of eleven facilities. The company offers flexible office solutions that suit everything from freelancers and startups to larger companies. The business is based on scalable solutions - from open coworking spaces to private offices and entire floors - where companies can establish themselves without long commitment times or administrative hassle. The spaces are designed to create a natural workflow, with zones for concentration, spaces for spontaneous meetings and generous light that contribute to a stimulating everyday life.
