Dospace coworking and office hotel Innerstan in Norrköping offers offices on three floors in a modern property in the middle of central Norrköping's Spirallen mall at Sankt Persgatan 99. The property is characterized by large windows facing the inner courtyard and a central atrium with a glass roof. The interior has a Scandinavian character with a focus on natural materials, soft textiles and low-key color schemes, where open spaces are combined with closed office rooms, meeting rooms and telephone booths. The office hotel opened in 2023 and covers a total of 3100 sqm. It offers furnished offices with ergonomic workstations, access to conference rooms for up to 100 people and a common lounge area with kitchen and dining area. Breakfast is served at least once a week and the premises also include a rest room, shower and writing services. The Ellipse, the centrally located lounge under the glass dome, serves as an open space for both work and larger events. The unique surface creates a natural light and a visual connection between the different workspaces. There are several smaller meeting rooms directly adjacent, and the environment is adapted for both spontaneous collaboration and focused work, making it suitable for companies with varying working days and the need for temporary meeting spaces. Dospace at Sankt Persgatan 99 is only a few minutes from Norrköping's travel center. In the immediate area there are several restaurants, cafés and shops, as well as good training opportunities in the form of gyms and paddle halls. About Dospace

Dospace was founded in 2017 by Niclas Söör, who is also the company's CEO. The idea was born during his studies at Linköping University, where he was inspired by the environment in Mjärdevi Science Park. He saw a need to offer smaller companies and entrepreneurs access to attractive and functional office environments, similar to those available to large companies. Dospace has now grown from its start in Linköping and is now located in five different cities in central Sweden: Linköping, Norrköping, Jönköping, Gävle and Örebro - with a total of eleven facilities. The company offers flexible office solutions that suit everything from freelancers and startups to larger companies. The business is based on scalable solutions - from open coworking spaces to private offices and entire floors - where companies can establish themselves without long commitment times or administrative hassle. The spaces are designed to create a natural workflow, with zones for concentration, spaces for spontaneous meetings and generous light that contribute to a stimulating everyday life. Community is an important part of the Dospace identity.
