Welcome to Collab Arena: an office hotel in The Loop, a newly built property in Lund's emerging innovation district Science Village. Here, between the ESS and MAX IV research facilities, entrepreneurs, researchers and organizations from different sectors gather in an open and interdisciplinary environment. The office hotel covers 750 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor, with access to coworking spaces, private offices and meeting rooms. Altitude is the operator behind Collab Arena and offers more than just workspaces. As a member, you have access to a wide range of amenities and services - including unlimited access to meeting rooms, ergonomically furnished offices, coffee and tea, showers, bicycle storage and a gym with free membership. Breakfast is served every weekday, and there is storage space and access to a podcast studio. The Loop also provides access to the Science Village Hall conference room, which can accommodate up to 913 people. The interior is dominated by a raw, modern style with exposed concrete surfaces, lots of glass and open staircase environments. The central atrium of the building serves as both an informal meeting place and event space. The staircase stage and communal areas are integrated into the architecture of the building and contribute to a social but focused working environment. Collab Arena is specifically designed for actors who want to operate at the interface between research, community development and business. Its members range from start-ups to established companies, authorities, researchers and civil society actors. The Altitude community also offers access to networks and hubs in Malmö, Copenhagen and Stockholm. The Science Village area is being developed into one of Sweden's leading research clusters. It is an office-dense area with proximity to academia, laboratory environments and science infrastructure. Rydbergs torg is directly adjacent to the building, with service functions nearby. About Collab Arena Coworking

Altitude Meetings was founded in December 2014 and has since established itself as a strong player in meeting activities, coworking/office hotels (Collab Arena Coworking) and knowledge-driven collaborations in southern Sweden. The company started with the premise that meetings between people often lead to more long-term results than isolated work - an idea that still characterizes the business. Altitude's work is based on a combination of curiosity, a desire for change and a strong belief in collaboration between business, the public sector, research and civil society. The company acts both as a physical meeting place and as a catalyst for new collaborations and solutions. This is done through coworking spaces, project management, strategic collaboration and tailored processes for cross-sectoral initiatives. The company's premises offer conference and meeting services ranging from technology and moderator support to food, service and meeting rooms for 5 to 400 people. The business does not focus solely on providing functional meeting environments - surpluses are reinvested in its own projects and initiatives that promote sustainable development, democracy and social inclusion. Altitude is currently present in several locations, including Malmö and Lund, and plays an active role in connecting research environments with business and social actors. By creating arenas for knowledge exchange and practical collaboration, Altitude wants to contribute to complex societal challenges being addressed jointly - with more perspectives at the table.
