C/O is operated by the real estate company Revelop, which has worked with active management and development of commercial properties and offices since 2004. Profi Fastigheter focuses on Greater Stockholm and comprises approximately 500,000 square meters of commercial premises. The business is run in-house and the organization consists of about 35 employees. Their goal is to be prominent in sustainable management and development of properties, so that they always provide added value to customers, tenants and society at large.
