The office hotel Banken Uppsala is located in a classic and historic bank building directly facing Stora Torget. The property combines historic architecture with modern interiors where the choice of materials, furniture and artwork create an aesthetic whole. The building will open for occupancy in February 2026 and is aimed at companies looking for a premium alternative in coworking and office hotels in Uppsala. The total area is 5,000 square meters, spread over several floors. The offices are equipped with ergonomic furniture and access to free meeting rooms is included for tenants. A selection of the offices are also adapted to accommodate dogs. What sets the Bank's coworking space apart is the combination of workspace, social areas and services. A bookable movie theater, podcast studio and a conference area for up to 40 people are complemented by a bar(members get 20% off), lounge areas and a large roof terrace adjacent to the mezzanine floor restaurant. Breakfast is served every weekday morning, with Mondays offering an extended variant in collaboration with the restaurant La Girafe by Pontus Frithiof.
