About Arena Läppstiftet, Stampen

Arena Läppstiftet is a well-known landmark with one of the best views of the Göta Älv in Gothenburg. Lilla Bommen, as this red and white striped building is called, was built by Skanska with the help of White Arkitekter in the eighties. Today, Vasakronan is the owner of this property, which houses office space for several companies. Arena's modern coworking facility has many meeting rooms, flexible workplaces and even private offices. Vasakronan's 3144 square meter office hotel offers high-level service in inspired spaces. This coworking space offers flexible workplaces, lounges for breaks and meetings, and the possibility of having your own fully furnished office and meeting room if needed. In all Arena's office hotels, ergonomics, sound, light and scent are thought out in every detail. Varied environments, ergonomic chairs, height-adjustable tables, acoustic walls and smart technology make it easier to perform and focus. It offers a hotel-style breakfast every Monday to Friday, good coffee and of course daily cleaning. A central area with many different commuting options such as tram and bus where you can easily get to the central station in less than 15 minutes. Lilla Bommen 1 is a great place to explore the city's coastal attractions. Such as the Gothenburg Opera, which is one of the most spectacular buildings in the city. It is a modern opera house with an impressive glass facade that reflects the sea. Feskekörka is a fish market in central Gothenburg and is about a 10-minute walk from Lilla Bommen. Here you can buy fresh fish and seafood and experience a unique atmosphere. If you come to work by car, no problem, this facility includes parking and a bicycle garage.
