About Mindpark Järntorget, Olivedal

Mindpark Lilla Bommen - opening February 2023 on Masthamnsgatan 3 With Järntorget as a collective hub and with the wonderful pulse that the new district will have, Mindpark's office hotel is a perfect addition to the new district around Masthuggskajen. In the new Brick Studios property on Masthuggskajen, Mindpark will have the entire ground floor, corresponding to 2350 square meters. In 2019, Mindpark was named the best coworking space in the Nordic region - by the Nordic Start Up awards. At Mindpark on Järntorget, you can rent both your own offices and individual workplaces. Own offices can be rented in sizes adapted for 2-10 workplaces. An extra good thing about Mindpark at Järntorget is that there are plenty of meeting rooms, large and small, which means that it is (almost) always possible to find a free meeting room to rent. At this office hotel in Gothenburg on Järntorget, the focus is on events and meetings, which is reflected in the layout of the property. The largest meeting room available here will be for 80 people and can also be rented externally, which means that tenants can expect fun events in the property. Want to become an urban farmer? At the top of the building there will be a roof terrace with the possibility to rent growing areas for e.g. cut flowers and vegetables. The terrace will be located between the buildings Brick Studios and Våghuset with a fantastic view of the roof of Linnéstaden and Göta Älv. The cultivation sites will be rented by commercial operators in the vicinity who will then be able to sell locally grown produce in restaurants and shops in the surroundings. The building will also have event rooms, a café and bar with access to breakfast and lunch.
