Here we have Genetor's newest facility, which is scheduled to open in early summer 2023. Located in the heart of Hyllie station, which is Malmö's upcoming business district where many companies are moving. From here you can easily get to Malmö C and Kastrup. In addition to good communications, you will find a large shopping center nearby with lots of shopping opportunities, restaurants and gyms. Here at Hyllie Allé 40, Genator's facility is located on two floors. The property is designed by Wingårds architects and the building is a characteristic building much due to its unique shape and blue shade. As a member, you are offered several different flexible solutions where you have access to the public large areas as fixed places, flex places and clip cards with 24h access at the time of use. Here you can buy a flexible space from 395 SEK / day up to 3200 SEK / month. In addition, you can combine different office rooms that can accommodate from 1 to 10 workplaces with different membership solutions that you can use at all five Genetor facilities. Here you sit in a state-of-the-art facility with an inspired environment, where the decor is inspired by the dark sea that meets warm inviting brown tones against the hard shiny brass details. The office hotel gives you access to bookable meeting rooms of various sizes that can accommodate up to 24 seats. There is also access to telephone booths, pleasant lounges, a fully equipped kitchen where coffee is included. Take your coffee out to the super luxurious roof terrace to take in the stunning views. If you choose to take the car to work, there is access to a garage space in the building. Here you will find an all-inclusive concept with a great breakfast included every weekday and a manned reception with lovely staff who love service.
