Memberships which are offered at Genetor Raffinaderiet. All memberships are sold per month. To be rented either independently or in combination with office rooms as extra membership in when in need of extra capacity.

About Genetor Raffinaderiet, Västra innerstaden

In the old workshop office Raffinaderiet, Genetor has renovated the beautiful old building into a modern office hotel. Here it is only a few minutes walk to central Lund with full service of shops, restaurants, culture, green areas and communication. This is a major investment in service and the building offers everything from parking to manned reception and breakfast every weekday. Offices and meeting rooms are available in several different sizes to suit most companies and needs. Genetor's basic offerings include generous lounge areas with lovely modern design and several inspiring creative areas to work in. In the office hotel's total area of 830 square meters, you can choose between furnished office rooms, coworking areas with flex or fixed seats in an open environment. On the ground floor there is a large auditorium that can accommodate up to 60 people. Genetor's office hotel in Lund gives you access to bookable meeting rooms, phone booths, nice lounges, fully equipped kitchens where coffee is included and a nice lovely roof terrace. The office rooms are fully equipped with ergonomic furniture such as height-adjustable desks. You are offered a cozy breakfast every weekday, events with networking opportunities and fun afterwork. As a member, you have the opportunity to sit and work at all their newly renovated and super fresh facilities in Malmö and Helsingborg as well.
