Memberships which are offered at Genetor Malmö C. All memberships are sold per month. To be rented either independently or in combination with office rooms as extra membership in when in need of extra capacity.

About Genetor Malmö C, Malmö City

This is one of Genetor's most central facilities, located right next to Malmö Central Station. Here you can experience Malmö's central offerings, all forms of communication, hotels, food, culture and more within walking distance. The office hotel's total 1000 sqm offers large public areas with flexible solutions such as fixed places, flex places and clip cards with 24h access at the time of use. Here you can buy a place from 395 SEK / day to 3200 SEK / month. In addition, you can combine different office rooms that can accommodate from 1 to 18 workplaces with different flexible memberships. As a member, you have the opportunity to sit and work at all five of their top renovated facilities in Malmö and Helsingborg. Centralplan 8 is a charming old brick building with a modern interior, here you will find an industrially furnished facility with top-class service. The office hotel gives you access to bookable meeting rooms, telephone booths, nice lounges, lovely patio, fully equipped kitchens where coffee is included. The office rooms are fully equipped with ergonomic furniture such as height-adjustable desks. You are offered a cozy breakfast every weekday, events with networking opportunities and fun after works.
