Furthermore, Malmö has a strong startup scene and is also home to many larger Swedish companies such as AAK, Boozt, and Bygg Hemma Group. This naturally attracts others to the city, and with nearby Lund University, there is a steady inflow of top talent for companies, which creates great conditions for growth.
From an office perspective, this is well supported by a wide range of high-quality and diversified options. As I mentioned earlier, the borders here are flexible, with many providers and property owners offering tenants access to everything from Denmark to Helsingborg, Lund, Gothenburg, and beyond.
