About Dospace Drottningen, Södertull

Dospace coworking space "Drottningen" in Gävle offers offices on the third floor of a property with a lovely view of Stortorget from the property at Drottningen 18. The office hotel covers approximately 1300 square meters and gathers office rooms, meeting areas and shared services on one floor. The bright floor plan and high windows provide plenty of daylight throughout the space. The interior is stripped down with a focus on function and comfort, where sound-absorbing materials, plants and textiles contribute to a calm working environment right in the center. The office hotel opened in 2019 and belongs to the category of modern and full-service office solutions. The offer includes furnished offices with ergonomic chairs and height-adjustable desks, access to meeting rooms of various sizes and conference rooms for up to 100 people. Other facilities include a telephone room, rest room, shower, and breakfast served at least once a week. Printing, printers, coffee and tea are included as part of the service. The areas are complemented by several lounge environments facing the square, where there are both quiet work zones and social areas for breaks or short conversations. Adjacent to the offices there is also a kitchen equipped for simple cooking. The location at Drottningen 18 means direct proximity to restaurants, gyms, cafés and shops, with walking distance to both the central station and the city's other services. Communications to and from the office are well developed with several bus lines within a 100-300 meter radius and a short walk to Gävle travel center (about 7 minutes on foot). About Dospace

Dospace was founded in 2017 by Niclas Söör, who is also the company's CEO. The idea was born during his studies at Linköping University, where he was inspired by the environment in Mjärdevi Science Park. He saw a need to offer smaller companies and entrepreneurs access to attractive and functional office environments, similar to those available to large companies. Dospace has now grown from its start in Linköping and is now located in five different cities in central Sweden: Linköping, Norrköping, Jönköping, Gävle and Örebro - with a total of eleven facilities. The company offers flexible office solutions that suit everything from freelancers and startups to larger companies. The business is based on scalable solutions - from open coworking spaces to private offices and entire floors - where companies can establish themselves without long commitment times or administrative hassle. The spaces are designed to create a natural workflow, with zones for concentration, spaces for spontaneous meetings and generous light that contribute to a stimulating everyday life. Community is an important part of the Dospace identity.
