A house Filmhuset at Borgvägen 1 in Stockholm is a coworking space and office hotel aimed at creatives and professionals in the film and media industry. Located in Filmhuset, a Brutalist building designed by architect Peter Celsing, this office offers a unique working environment with cinemas, editing studios, a library, and a restaurant all within the same building. The premises are designed with an industrial and sleek aesthetic, where dark furniture is combined with concrete, wood, and warm details. Workspaces include both flexible coworking areas and dedicated offices, featuring height-adjustable desks and ergonomic furniture. Members have access to a wide range of amenities, including bookable conference rooms, bicycle parking, shower facilities, and a recording studio with technical support from NEP Sweden. Membership also includes coffee and tea, Thursday breakfasts, and networking activities. A bar and cafeteria are available in the building for social and work-related meetings. Gärdet is an area with both residential and office spaces, close to green areas and a variety of lunch restaurants. The location offers excellent transport connections, with buses right outside and the Gärdet subway station about a 10-minute walk away. For those commuting by car, parking is available, and the travel time to central areas such as Vasastan or Södermalm is approximately 15 minutes.
